SmorgasBoards Charcuterie + Gifts was born out of my Polynesian-Asian roots and love for pupu platters and small bites. My Mumzi was a fabulous chef, and as a young child, I would often stand on a dining chair next to her in the kitchen, playing around with food scraps, a cutting board, and a play-doh knife.

During the pandemic, I would porch drop & dash small charcuterie boards to spread cheer to isolated friends and neighbors. They began ordering boards for delivery to their loved ones, and boom! A lovely local business was born which led to the development of my own commercial kitchen in my home hood of Alta Sierra.
