**WAIVER AND RELEASE**

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. **Voluntary Participation**
I am participating in this volunteer activity of my own free will. I understand the nature of the work and accept the risks associated with the activities.

2. **Assumption of Risk**
I am aware that volunteering may involve physical activity, contact with unfamiliar people, use of tools or equipment, or exposure to potentially hazardous conditions. I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.

3. **Release of Liability**
I release and hold harmless Alta Sierra Neighborhood Alliance, its officers, employees, agents, and other volunteers from any liability, claims, or demands of whatever kind, whether known or unknown, which arise or may hereafter arise from my volunteer work.

4. **Medical Treatment**
I give permission for Alta Sierra Neighborhood Alliance to seek emergency medical treatment for me if necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred.

5. **Photo Release (Optional)**
I give permission to Alta Sierra Neighborhood Alliance to use photographs or video taken of me during the volunteer activity for promotional purposes.

6. **Confidentiality (If applicable)**
I agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information I may come into contact with during my volunteer service.
